What is your return policy for safety equipment like helmets?
For your safety, helmets can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached. Once a helmet has been worn or the safety seals are broken, it cannot be returned due to safety certification standards.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy stable equipment?
Yes, Royal Equestrian ships worldwide. Please note that heavy items like saddles or stable mats may incur additional freight charges which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How should I care for my leather tack to ensure its longevity?
We recommend cleaning your leather goods after every ride with a damp cloth and high-quality glycerin soap, followed by a dedicated leather conditioner once a month to prevent cracking and maintain suppleness.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our premium brands offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular equestrian use.
